Account Manager

Job Summary

As a Concorde Intl. Account Manager, you will conduct business and carry out Concorde’s core values – Collaboration, Adaptability, Strategy, Dependability, & Independence – as these values define our day-to-day professional method of building business. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are critical, as you will be working directly with our OEM customers and manufacturing service partners to manage the flow and development of new and established business. Additionally, close internal collaboration with our engineering department, customer support team, and international production facilities – are the principal responsibilities for this role.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year associates degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organized with good time management.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multi-task and manage different project information concurrently, and make
    informed decisions on the fly.
  • Quick learner, has the ambition and willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to function both as an individual contributor, and as part of a team.
  • Capable of setting priorities when multiple demands are present.
  • Experience working with various software programs:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
      • MS Excel is a key tool for this role.
    • MRP (material resource planning); Intuit QuickBooks is currently in use.
    • PM (Project Management); Wrike is currently in use.
  • Interest in developing an understanding of technical product engineering and manufacturing
    principles.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate, manage, and deliver outgoing quotations to our customers, as well as analyze and manage
    incoming cost of goods quotations from our vendors.
  • Correspond with customers and production facilities to resolve any customer issues/changes/urgent
    requests, etc. in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities by keeping an eye out for business
    best practices, trends, and principles to help keep customers satisfied.
  • Lead meetings with customers and service partners, both in person and virtually; including tracking
    meeting itinerary objectives and collecting meeting notes.
  • Collaborate with the entire account management team to achieve best processes and practices.
  • Understand and process customer sales orders / and service partner purchase orders.
  • Work with the accounting team to compile all pertinent project details to load into MRP system.
  • Work with the engineering group to facilitate supplier interaction and execution, including logistics
    support for sample / prototype / PPAP delivery.
  • Manage data and information relevant to customer accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses
    that influence account specific decision making.
  • Perform research, develop reports, track trends specific to customer account management.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff, including outgoing shipments.
  • Develop disciplined working practices consistent with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers / service partners;
    <10%.
